Prior to joining the MFS team in 2002, I worked with a sister company for five years as sales support administrator then sales support supervisor. My primary function as sales coordinator is to provide a quick turnaround response to all documentation and customer service requests. I work closely with our team members in maintaining positive customer relations through business development techniques. I am dedicated in delivering superior customer service, maintaining effective communication, supporting team spirit and performing beyond expectations.
