As the Assistant Vice President of Operations, I focus on ensuring our transactions are prepared and ready to fund in a timely manner so that our customers feel confident with our process and are completely satisfied with our services. I continue to build confidence and trust with our internal and external customers as I feel that is a priority. Each customer is different and unique, and I strive to meet and exceed their needs.
